2008 Junior Dinner

8th annual School of EECS E4 Junior Dinner

The Washington State University IEEE Student Chapter invites your company to sponsor a table at the Eight Annual E4 Dinner on Wednesday, February 13th, 2008 at 5:00pm. The purpose of the dinner is to meet with future engineers in a social atmosphere and share with career strategies and opportunities that exist in your field of engineering.

The Dinner is the second segment of our E4 career exposition. Hosted the night after E4, it is a unique event allowing your company representatives the opportunity to interact with interested students without the pressure of a crowded career fair. The event begins with an open introduction period where students and representatives mingle and meet. The introduction period is followed by a dinner period and dessert period, each with assigned seating to give your representatives a broad introduction to the attending student body.

We invite one or more representatives from your company to attend the E4 Dinner. They are welcome to share information about current trends in industry and, specifically, in your company. They are encouraged to bring promotional material to be circulated. Typical students will ask questions, want to learn more about your company, and receive advice on career strategies.

The cost per table for Corporate Associate companies is $125, and for other interested companies the cost is $350. Corporate Associate companies have provided a donation of equipment or funds of $5,000 or more since July 2005. Each table will accommodate 6 students and up to 2 of your representatives. Company representatives will have the opportunity to meet with two groups of students: one for dinner, and a second for desert.
